Machining

Massive investments moved ZLKL machining division among the leading European Job Shops with state of art equipment.

Our customers receive complex services starting with cooperation on cost-effective product design over production system project and manufacture of prototypes to the realization of series production.

In cooperation with leading machine and tooling manufacturers we create top and effective machining applications for our customers. Automotive and electrotechnical industry we provide with production of parts in series of thousand to hundreds of thousand pieces per year.

Aluminium, ductile and grey cast iron, steel, stainless and copper are regularly machined materials.
CAD/CAM software is used for manufacture technical preparation. Appliances, jigs and special tools are designed and produced in our own tool-shop.
