We have managed to create a very capable and progressive managerial team. And my two sons are an important part of it. ZLKL offers wide range of production types to our customers. We focus on machining, sheet metal stamping, welding and other complementary services, such as surface treatments, 3D measurement, and development and design. We achieved continuous growth of sales and increase of employees thanks to the complexity, quality, ability to quickly respond to customer requirements and fairly good prices. Our main customers are mainly multinational companies such as Emerson and Siemens.

At present, we export approximately 60% of our production primarily to French and German market. We produce the parts for the electrical industry, water industry and partly to automotive industry.

Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the company's founding

Stabilisation of annual growth
Construction of new production and storage facilities at all centres.
Sharp increase in investment in new technologies.

2017-2018
Establishment of the Palackého centre
ZLKL now has 3 centres: Moravičanská, Olomoucká and Palackého.

Increase in production for the automotive industry.

Ground-breaking metal forming technologies
The company begins to fully devote itself to the cutting and bending of materials.
Purchase of the first bending and punching presses and a laser.

2010-2012
Certification for the Integrated Management System
Emphasis on system management and the creation of new system tools.

Establishment of a company nursery
Extended English teaching and elements of Waldorf education.

Elbee and Vectrix, projects unique in the world
Development of the Elbee vehicle for the disabled.
Welding of electric scooter frames for the Vectrix Corporation.
Expansion of the portfolio to include development and construction.

Ing. Ladislav Brázdil becomes the 100% owner of the company
Development of machining at the Moravičanská centre. Expansion of the CNC machine tool portfolio.
Establishment of a new centre in Olomoucká and development of ironmongery works.

Adaptation to the foreign market
Exports to France, Italy and Germany.
The proportion of production for the electrical industry increases after 2000.

Start of cooperation with Leroy-Somer
Growth and development of pressing and welding technologies.
Expansion of production technologies to include machining.
The automotive industry accounts for 70% of production.

The first step towards qualitative and quantitative development
The company wins the tender for the production of rear seat frames for the Škoda Felicia.

1993
Establishment of ZLKL s.r.o.
Production of construction products using pressing and welding technologies.
The company is owned by four partners.

Our product quality depends on the quality of purchased materials, products and services. Hence, the quality of purchased products and services is crucial to assure problem-free deliveries. We regularly evaluate our suppliers to ensure constant quality. We ensure the implementation of environmental and safety aspects in marketing and customer-supplier relationship.

Focus on Ecology

We are trying to implement environmental protection into integrated system and constantly motivate. We provide necessary resources for implementation of measures in energy and materials consumption, waste production and usage, and reduction of other negative aspects.

Focus on OSH

The company sets concrete targets related to OSH, carries our periodic inspections, evaluates and reviews accomplishment of our targets and policy affectivity. We continuously raise the level of our integrated system and we meet legal regulations of OSH. We constantly search for and evaluate possible OSH risks.
